Why Verge Power Yoga?

The key for me was how Verge power yoga’s beginner classes made me feel totally comfortable and not at all awkward.  For many people getting into a new thing can be difficult and for most this is more than half the battle.  Home workouts work well, and while some power yoga DVD’s do wonderful things, there is nothing like a real class at Verge power yoga.  Their qualified instructors made me feel right at home from the first class.

Before my first class I was given a tour of the facility and shown everything it has to offer.  I knew nothing about yoga but the people from Verge power yoga carefully explained everything I saw and answered all of my questions. After the tour my first class began.  I was amazed at how quick paced it was yet I felt perfectly comfortable.  I began sweating profusely but the instructors informed me that that was all part of the class.

Another great thing about the program from Verge power yoga is that beyond class fees there is very little else you need to purchase.  No special shoes or equipment, and if you have any experience with health clubs and classes you know how much all of that extra stuff can run you.  All you need to begin classes is water, a towel, a good quality sticky yoga mat and an open mind.  That’s it.  Once you have these things you are ready to go.

As you can see Verge power yoga is a great place to go if you are looking to get into yoga.  They offer great benefits for beginners and experts alike.  The best thing is that I will never have to change places.  In addition there is still almost every member from my class attending the school.  I take classes and have developed long term friendships with many of those people.  So in summary, get out to Verge power yoga and see what all the fuss is about.
